Payment, deposits, cancellation windows, rescheduling terms, and no-show policies are governed by the terms presented at the time of booking.

Late arrivals may shorten the session in order to honor other scheduled appointments. Missed appointments or cancellations outside the stated cancellation window may be non-refundable.

Hotel, retreat, event, and on-site services may require separate written agreements covering scope, travel, setup, timing, venue coordination, and technical or audio requirements.
