Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows

You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged the full session fee, as that appointment time cannot typically be rebooked on short notice. No-shows are charged the full session fee. Please plan to arrive on time—late arrivals may shorten your session and are still charged at the full rate. Kindly allow extra time for traffic and parking so you can arrive settled and ready for your session.

Client Consent

By booking and attending, you acknowledge and consent to receive energy and sound healing in a supportive, non-medical setting. You are always in control of your experience and may ask to pause, modify, or end the session at any time.

Some sessions may include optional light touch (e.g., on shoulders, head, hands, or feet). Touch is never required and will only be used with your clear permission. You may decline touch entirely or change your preference at any point.
