Cancellations, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled session, as well as no-shows, are charged in full.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session and are still charged at the full rate. Kindly allow extra time for traffic and parking so you can arrive settled and ready.

Client Consent

By booking and attending, you consent to receive energy and sound healing in a supportive, non-medical setting.

You remain in control of your experience at all times and may ask to pause, modify, or end the session whenever needed.

Some sessions may include optional light touch. Touch is never required and will only be used with your clear permission. You may decline or change your preference at any time.
