Reflecting on my path, I've experienced otherworldly encounters with beings of light since the age of 5.  Now at age 47, I have an understanding of why I was chosen as a conduit of Divine light healing.  I experienced early childhood trauma where emotional needs weren't met, deep depression, substance abuse, health problems, and unhealthy codependent relationships.  Overcoming these not only gave me the compassion of how to support others, but always gave me the self love I always needed.

Realizing not just my needs matter but that I have needs.

I experienced anxiety for most of my life and dissociated for 35 years unknowingly due to early childhood trauma.  It's amazing what the body can endure when we neglect ourselves and numb.  But there's always a breaking point, rock bottom, whatever you want to call it, where if you don't choose yourself and you are lucky enough to live; you will never be happy or healthy.  Self Love = Happiness = Health.​

My health journey was really and still is a journey of getting back to the core of who I am, an essence of pure love.  Ten years ago when I had shingles in my eye, my therapist said that I had it in my eye because there's something I needed to see.  I now know what I needed to see was myself.  This journey gave me the experiences so that I may act as a mirror so others can see who they truly are and gave me the gift of being a conduit of Divine Light healing so client's may connect and integrate with their highest loving self.
