For the first 5 years of her practice, Reba traveled to Rehabs for Addiction where she provided Deep Relaxation sessions with a focus on healing Anxiety by teaching Emotional health tools and awareness. These sessions became a staple of her work.
Sessions start by valuing Emotions and their gifts, with the understanding that everything is in life is a mirror reflecting where we thrive, resist, and can nurture ourselves and each other to grow.
